Victoria Hall founded Talent Futures in London in 2003. Talent Futures provides Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Group Coaching and Leadership Forums.
Drawing on her experience and business savvy gained in executive assessment consulting and as Director of Executive Talent at American Express in New York, Victoria understands how organisations can best manage talent. She helps organisations to fulfil their people strategy and executives to build fulfilling careers. When working on larger-scale projects, Victoria involves peers from her network of highly-qualified colleagues in the UK, the US, and Europe.
