It is important to offer clients an open and objective space. Each person knows themselves best, and I see myself as a nonjudgmental partner in the journey of change.
I challenge and support my clients within the context of the
goals that are set at the beginning of each engagement. I believe
in increasing self-awareness, leveraging strengths, and understanding how clients are perceived by others so they can increase their effectiveness as leaders and team members.
Growth and renewal come from freeing clients to be more true to themselves and their values, and to develop a stronger leadership culture throughout the organisation. Through this approach, ineffective behaviours are shed and a new level of truly effective performance emerges.
There are many possible outcomes in coaching and team development, and they are characterised by discovery, release, humour, authenticity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
