Examples of Talent Management Strategy projects include:

  • Identification of Successor Profiles for “COO” and “CFO” Positions in Investment Banking. Senior stakeholders disagreed what made successful COOs and CFOs in the company. Talent Futures interviewed senior executives worldwide, analysed the data, and wrote a report and successor profiles. The profiles were used in talent reviews to identify the specific strengths and experience base to seek in selecting for the COO and CFO talent pool.
  • Mentored a Leadership Development Manager in the design of an EMEA-bespoke talent review system. The new EMEA talent review system had to align with the American company’s central process. Talent Futures supported the manager in creating it, complete with all documentation and meeting agendas. The Leadership Development Manager was coached on selling it into his organisation. The Manager was so successful that he was promoted to lead all of talent management for the organisation in the US.
