Victoria has more than 20 years of experience in executive coaching, team coaching, and talent management consulting. She works across Europe, the UK and the US, and frequently in financial services, engineering, and the fourth sector. Victoria studied change management and consultation at Columbia University in New York under Warner Burke. She was a consultant at Personnel Decisions International in global executive assessment, and later took a role with her client, American Express, as group Director of Executive Development. She has lived and worked in New York and London and coached all levels of leaders from high-potential vice presidents to C-suite executives, often working with executives for whom English is a second language. She founded Talent Futures in London in 2003.

Her contributions at Talent Futures range from client relations, scheduling and psychometrics administration to bookkeeping, technology support and research. She is particularly talented at making pleasant pragmatic sense and creating order across a wide range of client engagements and consultants. Peggy was born in France and helps run La Petite Ecole de Redbridge, a school for French-speaking children. She enjoys swimming and has regularly entered the Swimathon to fundraise for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
