A well-seasoned IT Director was leading the senior leadership through an organisation-wide system change and restructure, when the decision was made for the organisation to merge with another. The coach provided a solid sounding board for the inevitable frustrations and leadership challenges faced throughout the twelve-month period of the merger. The systemic coaching approach included gathering behavioural feedback and a values-based leadership exploration for the executive that resulted in stronger relationships within the newly formed organisation. This then led to the individual taking on a larger role and fulfilment of a personal objective to take a strategic lead in the business. He re-engaged the coach for a further ten sessions to transition into and help build the team for the new appointment.
